Festival '23 Sponsorship Opportunities

$5,000 St. Peter (1 available)—Sold to Partytime Liquor

As keeper of the keys and our parish’s patron there can only be one St. Peter level sponsorship! This sponsor will receive recognition throughout all of the Festival communications and events, and will be treated to lunch with Fr. Ze.

In addition to all of the included sponsor recognition, the St. Peter level sponsor also receives reserved seating for 8 and an assortment of drink/beverage vouchers for your and your guests on Saturday and Sunday. The St. Peter sponsor will also be recognized with signage on the Festival event stage.
$3,000 St. Paul (2 available)

St. Paul reached out to his community to share the good news and sponsors at this level will help us do the same! Funds raised through the St. Paul sponsorship level will help us bring in entertainment to welcome parishioners and the surrounding community.
- Provide support for our Saturday 9-piece cover band—Big Toe and the Jam: Sold to Premier Banks
- Provide support for our Sunday afternoon band—The Backyard Band
In addition to all of the included sponsor recognition, St. Paul level sponsors will receive reserved seating for 8, and an assortment of drink/beverage vouchers for you and your guests to enjoy on either Saturday or Sunday.

$2,500 St. Mary (2 available)

As one of the Festival’s patron saints, we know that St. Mary always keeps her eyes on Jesus so it’s only fitting that funds raised through her sponsorship level will be used to support the important work of the parish including raising money for the parish’s programs and community services. Support provided through the St. Mary Sponsorship will be used to:
- Raise funds for the parish as the raffle ticket sponsor featuring $10,000 in prizes —Sold to Jake Koller Family Dentistry
- Raise funds for the parish as the grand-prize sponsor for our annual trip raffle
In addition to all of the included sponsor recognition, St. Mary-level sponsors will have their logos printed on the raffle tickets.

$1,000 St. Martha (12 available)

As one of the Festival’s patron saints, St. Martha is all about hospitality so it’s only fitting that funds raised through her sponsorship level will be used to make our Festival guests comfortable by providing support for:
- Festival Tents (2)
- Children’s Games Tent (1)
- Hospitality Tents (2)
- Children’s Inflatables (3)
- Pancake Breakfast (1)
- Festival Beer Truck (1)
- Festival Treat Trail (1)
- Breakfast/Bingo Tent —Sold to Bell Bank
In addition to all of the included sponsorship benefits, we’ll work with our tent sponsors to name their tent and feature their company name/logo on our Festival map so our Festival guests will know who to thank. Our inflatable sponsors will be noted on our Festival map and have their business name featured on the wrist bands. You know St. Martha would make sure the kids had a great time so their parents could have some fun too!

$500 O'Reilley (6 available)

O’Reilley Hall is where the parish activities happens so we’re dedicating funds raised through the O’Reilley sponsorship level to provide support for some of our Festival’s favorite activities including your choice of the following:
- Festival Bingo Coverall Game (2)
- Festival Cornhole Tournament Grand Prize (2)
- Festival Meat Raffle (2)
In addition to all of the included sponsorship benefits, our O’Reilley level sponsors will be listed recognized and invited on the Festival stage when the prizes are awarded.

$250 St. Margaret (Unlimited...the more the merrier!)

St. Margaret had eight children and we know she’d want them to have lots of fun at the Fall Festival. St. Margaret level sponsors help us by providing funds to bring in Festival games and prizes for the young and the young at heart. The more money we raise, the more fun we’ll have.

St. Margaret level sponsors are listed on the parish website, noted in the Bulletin and the Festival map. They will also be much adored by the area children!

Silent Auction and Other Financial Support

As this is a community-building event, we greatly appreciate any donations you are able to offer including items, services, experiences or gift cards for our silent auction, or any other level of monetary support.
