The Church of St. Peter is excited to announce the dates for our Fall Festival 2024. We’re continuing to expand the reach of our annual Fall Festival to our parish family and the surrounding community and we hope you’ll consider joining us as an event sponsor. Our Festival is on September 21-22 this year and offers two days of community-wide fun featuring food, games, shopping, bingo, live music, and more.
Sponsors play a large role in our event and we have several ways to recognize your contribution including:
- Recognition in our Parish Bulletin and St. Peter Catholic School communications
- Company name included in our all-parishioner Festival email blasts
- Listed on event schedules & posters distributed to our parishioners and community members
- Featured in our Festival displays in the parish gathering space (August-September)
- Mentioned in our all-parish festival mailing for sponsorships confirmed by July 1.
- Tagged and thanked on our parish Facebook page
- Listed on our Google page with our event details
- An invitation to our event celebration for sponsors and volunteers
Special recognition for contributions $500+:
- Listing on our website with links to your business
- Company name/logo included on our jumbo digital event sign
- Recognition from the event stage
- Promotional tent/table space available at the event (Sponsor must provide their own tent)
