EXHIBITORS GUIDELINES
EVENT INFORMATION
1. The Arts, Crafts & Community Market is hosted by the Church of St. Peter Fall Festival Committee. Proceeds from this event support our work within our parish and local community.
2. The Market welcomes exhibitors who make their own ORIGINAL, HANDCRAFTED ITEMS. A limited number of spaces will be available for commercial products. Any exhibitor displaying unapproved items will be asked to remove those items during the sale. Please note: Exhibitors with scented items (i.e. soaps, perfumes, oils, etc.) must keep items wrapped or capped for the comfort & safety of all. This market is open to new items only.
3. The sale will take place on Saturday, September 23, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday, September 24, 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Church of St. Peter.
4. Parking: ALL EXHIBITORS ARE ASKED TO PARK IN THE DESIGNATED SPACE IN THE PARKING LOT AFTER SET UP.
5. Food is available from area Food Trucks in the Parking Lot and from the Festival Bake Sale and Coffee Shop.
6. Restrooms are available in O’Reilley Hall
7. Exhibitors processing credit cards need to provide their own secure network (hot spot). The Church of St. Peter will make wifi access available.
